Program Introduction
The guiding ideology for the program directions offered by this department is to meet the needs of social and economic development and closely align with market demand for talents. In 2006, the first batch of undergraduates in the "Risk Management and Insurance" program direction was enrolled, and in 2009, the first batch of undergraduates in the "Investment Science International Integration Class" was admitted.
Our educational philosophy is "small-class, elite-oriented, and refined education". Classes are generally limited to 45 students. A tutorial system is implemented throughout the four-year study period, providing students with comprehensive guidance on their studies, research, work, and daily life.
We emphasize faculty research, staying at the forefront of theory and practice, promoting research through teaching, and enhancing teaching with research to form a positive interaction. This ensures that what students learn is useful, applicable, and actionable, overcoming the common problems in colleges and universities such as outdated knowledge and the disconnect between learning and application.
