The Department of Finance boasts a dedicated teaching team with an international perspective, rich teaching experience, and strong research capabilities. The Department of Finance adheres to a talent cultivation model that combines "mass education" and "elite education," emphasizing a "composite" training plan for professional skills that integrates basic financial skills with other professional competencies. It highlights a "modular" curriculum design that organically combines professional theory and practical training. The current program offerings include: the single-degree Finance class, the Quantitative Finance Experimental Class (dual-degree), and the CFA特色班 (CFA Specialized Class). The curriculum is designed on the principle of balancing professional theory courses and practical courses, with a certain proportion of internship courses and bilingual courses. Additionally, internship bases for banking, securities, futures, and foreign exchange trading have been established in Shenzhen, Zhuhai, and other cities, along with online training platforms for banking operations, securities investment, foreign exchange trading, and futures trading.
Through its robust cultivation system, the Department of Finance has trained a large number of outstanding talents for society.
