【Training Objectives】
The training of master's students in this program adopts an approach that combines systematic course study with scientific research, emphasizing equal importance on the learning of basic theories and the cultivation of comprehensive qualities. Efforts are made to develop students into high-end professionals in the field who not only have a thorough grasp of modern financial and accounting theoretical knowledge but also possess the ability to solve practical problems.

【Faculty Team】
The program currently has 13 supervisors, including 4 professors, 2 associate professors, and 7 lecturers, all of whom hold doctoral degrees. The faculty is characterized by strong strength and distinct features: supervisors graduated from renowned domestic and international universities such as Peking University, Tsinghua University, Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, Xiamen University, Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, Southwestern University of Finance and Economics, Dongbei University of Finance and Economics, Jinan University, City University of Hong Kong, and Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. They boast high theoretical levels and rich research achievements.
In recent years, the discipline has undertaken over 80 research projects at ministerial and provincial levels, published more than 100 papers, and published over 20 monographs, yielding significant academic influence, economic benefits, and social benefits. In 2021, teachers from the Department of Accounting at Shenzhen University published two papers in *The Accounting Review*, an international top-tier journal, achieving a historic breakthrough of zero.
【cademic Leader: Professor Zhang Jianjun】
Professor Zhang Jianjun obtained his Doctor of Economics degree from the Accounting major of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics in 1995. He currently serves as Director of the Institute of Accounting and Finance at Shenzhen University, and concurrently as a Council Member of the Chinese Accounting Association, among other positions. He has authored over 10 monographs, translations, and textbooks, including *A Study on the Conceptual Framework of Auditing*; published more than 90 papers and translations in academic journals such as *Auditing Research*, many of which have won awards; and presided over multiple provincial and ministerial-level projects, including the "Ninth Five-Year Plan" research project of the Ministry of Finance, *Research on Accounting for Derivative Financial Instruments*.
